Polyglot

Adjective - knowing, using or written in several languages. Noun - A person who knows or uses several languages. From the Greek poluglöttos - many tongued.

A nice sounding word, this one. I think it is the two Ls that do it. The meaning is also good, especially as it can be applied to yours truly. The source meaning always bring to mind a person with many tongues in their mouth. It's quite a nightmarish (good word) image if you think about it.
